2007

In 2007, we find Bill speaking to a number of groups in the area. These include the Irving Republican Club, The Mansfield Kiwanis Club, and he was the Guest speaker at the Mansfield Industrial Parks Associations annual meeting. Bill and Jane also met with Legislators at the start of the session and attended the Gubernatorial Inauguration.

Due to the impact Bill has made as a member of the State Bar of Texas, Bill’s duties have expanded to include his appointment as the Board Advisor to the Justice of the Pease Section, the Alternate Advisor to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals, the Alternate Advisor to the Taxation Section, and the Alternate Advisor to the Administrative and Public Law Section.

Bill has also served as the Master of Ceremonies for the two Senate District 9 Republican Party Round-ups held in 2007. Fire Commissioner/SREC Jane Burch was one of the speakers, along with Railroad Commissioner Michael Williams, State Representatives Jim Jackson and Diane Patrick, and SREC Tim Hoy
